For the grand Romanesque hotel’s newest chapter, SWOON reimagined The Driskill’s Tower and Historic Guest Rooms through two distinct yet connected expressions of its legacy. The Tower rooms pair dusty blues, rich velvets, sculptural wood, leather, aged brass, and custom textiles inspired by Central Texas, while the Historic rooms embrace a warmer, more traditional interpretation of the hotel’s 19th-century grandeur. Together, the spaces balance heritage and modernity, celebrating Texas craftsmanship while carrying The Driskill’s unmistakable spirit forward.
